Low-Fat Chocolate Fudge Drops

Ingredients
For 2 people
- 1 cup(s) white all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 3/4 cup(s) white or brown sugar
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 6 tablespoon(s) cocoa, level
- 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 1/3 cup(s) buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract (1.5-2 tsp.)
- 1 teaspoon(s) coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) butter extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls on pans sprayed with non-stick spray 1" apart. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning. Makes 2 dozen.
