For 4 people
Dressing: Add the vinegar and garlic to the food processor bowl. With the processor running, drizzle in the oil. Add the basil and pulse a few times.
Salad: Arrange the greens on medium plates. Place the artichokes and hearts of palm around the edges. Ladle on the dressing. Garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
