Mom's Creamy Noodle Side

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 floz water, boiling
  • 1 cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
  • 16 ounce(s) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Dissolve bouillon in water.
2. Combine soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic, and hot pepper; mix.
3. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles; mix.
4. Place in a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and a dash of paprika for color.
6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or heated through.
