No Gluten Cheese Sausage Dip
Just a fragrant crock-pot of cheese and sausage, a gooey gluten-free dip. It is perfect for those last minute get togethers.
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 16 ounce(s) Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage (1 pkg.)
- 16 ounce(s) Velvetta cheese
- 1 1/5 cup(s) (1-10 oz. can) Rotel (canned tomatoes and peppers) blended
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
Directions
Cook sausage until brown. Drain off fat. Add velvetta, rotel and cream cheese to sausage. Heat on low/medium heat in saucepan until cheese is melted or put in a crock-pot and cook on low until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
