Orange Dijon Chicken Wings

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1/4 cup(s) dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1/3 cup(s) orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 12 chicken wings

Directions

Blend mustard, ketchup, marmalade, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl. Place chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag. Coat wings with 1/2 of mustard mix and reserve the rest to use as a dipping sauce. Refrigerate all for at least 1 hour (the longer the wings marinate, the better the flavor). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes and drain off any fat. Bake another 25 minutes or until cooked through. Heat remaining mustard mixture and use as dipping sauce.
