Orange Lamb with Noodles
Use your noodle and work up with orange lamb medley. A hint of orange completes this wonderful meal that stands out from those ordinary dinners.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 16 ounce(s) lamb, cut into 1-inch strips
- 3 ounce(s) Ramen noodles
- 8 floz water
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 4 tablespoon(s) sweet and sour sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) orange sections
- 1/4 cup(s) almonds, chopped
Directions
Heat oil and crushed garlic cloves on medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add lamb and stir-fry about 3 minutes, or until no longer pink; remove from the skillet and set aside. Break up Ramen noodles, and add the noodles, water, the included flavor packet, sliced zucchini, sliced carrot, red bell pepper, and thinly sliced celery ribs to the skillet or wok. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the cooked lamb, sweet and sour sauce, and orange sections. Heat through. Top with chopped almonds.
