Oriental Chicken and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) light soy sauce; for Dressing
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) dark sesame oil; for Dressing
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) grated gingerroot; for Dressing
  • 1 For Dressing; Whisk all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • 6 ounce(s) fresh spinach leaves; for Salad
  • 16 ounce(s) cooked cubed chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) (1 can (11 ounces)) mandarin oranges, drained; for Salad
  • 1/2 cup(s) sliced water chestnuts; for Salad

Directions
