Pasta with Squid
With this squid and pasta dish, you won't be able to keep your tentacles off of this seafood medley. Pay careful attention to the squid as it is fully cooked in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 32 ounce(s) squid cut in 2-inch strips
- 6 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 8 floz dry white wine
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 cup(s) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Tobasco
- 2 cup(s) cooked pasta (your choice)
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet; add garlic and cook until golden. Add squid and cook for another minute. Add the oregano and wine and cook for 30 seconds longer. Squeeze lemon halves over mixture. Add tomato sauce and Tabasco and simmer for 1 minute longer. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
