Perfect Marinated Shrimp
These marinated shrimp make a shell of a meal. The lemon, garlic and parsley come together to create a succulent sauce that has plenty of appeal.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 20 ounce(s) cooked shrimp
Directions
Place garlic and oil in a small skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute; add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss with shrimp in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
