Pineapple Rum

Pineapple Rum

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 2 large just-ripe pineapples, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 liter(s) rum
  • 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 2 vanilla bean

Directions

In a very large jar, combine the pineapple chunks and rum. Add the sugar and vanilla beans. Cover and let the rum stand at room temperature, stirring it occasionally, for at least 1 week.
