Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup(s) pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil or walnut oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, packed
  • 8 ounce(s) fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash(es) Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) pomegranate juice; for Dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 12 cup(s) spinach or other lettuce
  • 2 persimmons, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil or walnut oil; for Dressing
  • 1 pomegranate, seeded
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced; for Dressing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar, packed; for Dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh parmesan cheese (2-4 oz.); for Salad
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Fresh ground pepper, to taste; for Salad
  • 1/2 cup(s) toasted walnuts, chopped; for Salad
  • 12 cup(s) spinach or other lettuce; for Salad
  • 2 persimmons, peeled and cut into wedges; for Salad
  • 1 pomegranates, seeded; for Salad
  • 1/4 cup(s) Basil (optional); for Salad

Directions

Mix the dressing ingredients.
 
Get the pomegranate seeds out. Mix the salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
