Porridge
Hold on to your seats and your bowls this is one tasty morning meal that may get slurped up fast. Goldilocks would go nuts over this porridge. A few simple ingredients make a hot and tasty breakfast.
Ingredients
For 2 people
- 24 floz water
- 1/2 cup(s) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup(s) barley
- 1/2 cup(s) rice
- 7 Chopped toasted nuts
- 2 teaspoon(s) Brown sugar
Directions
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add all the other ingredients. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally. Top with nuts and brown sugar before serving.
