Port Wine Veal Chop

If you are in the mood to raise the bar and enjoy an upscale mouthwatering meal then look no further. The port wine sauce is simple to make and adds much decadent flavor to the veal.

Port Wine Veal Chop


For 1 people

  • 1 veal chop rack
  • 1 dash(es) Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) ground black pepper. to taste
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Fresh garlic, to taste
  • 16 tablespoon(s) port wine
  • 8 floz veal stock


1. Season veal rack with salt and ground black pepper.
2. Puree garlic with olive oil and rub on chops.
3. Grill to temperature of choice.
4. Saute port wine and veal stock until reduced to 1/3 cup. Pour over chops.
