Potato Pancakes

Potato Pancakes


For 1 people

  • 3 potatoes, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/10 cup(s) flour
  • 2/3 tablespoon(s) grated onion
  • 1/10 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 dash(es) salt


Mix all ingredients together; drop by spoonful and fry in 1/2 in. deep shortening until brown on both sides. Serve with applesauce and/or sour cream.
