Provencal Chickpeas and Tomatoes

Ingredients
For 2 people
- 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 10 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 1 3/4 cup(s) can chick peas
- 1 3/4 cup(s) diced tomatoes
- 6 teaspoon(s) Herbes de Provence
Directions
Heat canola oil in a pan. Briefly sautee garlic. Drain, rinse and add chick peas; mash chick peas roughly to thicken. Add tomatoes and herbes de provence. Stir and simmer to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
