Provencal Chickpeas and Tomatoes

Provencal Chickpeas and Tomatoes


For 2 people

  • 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 10 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) can chick peas
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) diced tomatoes
  • 6 teaspoon(s) Herbes de Provence


Heat canola oil in a pan. Briefly sautee garlic. Drain, rinse and add chick peas; mash chick peas roughly to thicken. Add tomatoes and herbes de provence. Stir and simmer to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
