Quick Arugula & Fennel Salad

Ingredients

- 5 cup(s) arugula (4-5 cups)
- 1 fennel bulb, washed and sliced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup(s) nuts (0.25-0.5 cup)
- 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions
Put arugula in large bowl. Sprinkle on the fennel, oranges and nuts. Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and serve.
