Quick Raspberry Dressing
This fresh, homemade dressing is a great alternative to store bought dressings that are loaded with unnecessary fat, calories, and preservatives. With just three natural ingredients and a few minutes, you'll have a tasty topper for all of your favorite salads.
Ingredients

- 1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar
Directions
Add the raspberries, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake before using.
You may adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to your liking. Enjoy!
