Ravioli with Cherry Tomatoes and Cheese
You can use any kind of ravioli in this recipe; sausage ravioli or cheese ravioli, either way, this recipe is all cherries! Easy to make and one your family will enjoy, make it a ravioli night tonight.
Ingredients
For 10 people
- 2 cup(s) red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 25 ounce(s) frozen ravioli
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Let stand about 1 hour. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and cook the ravioli about 5 minutes, until tender and heated through. Drain, and toss with the cherry tomato mixture to serve.
