Rice Salad
It's so "rice" to meet a side dish that will have you running for seconds. The rice is only hot for a few minutes before it turns this great side dish into a cool offering. You'll love it either way.
Ingredients
For 10 people
- 1 cup(s) white rice
- 1 1/3 cup(s) drained mandarin oranges
- 1 cup(s) chopped green onions
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1/2 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoon(s) oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
Directions
Cook rice using package directions and let cool. Combine the rice, oranges, onions, celery, and mushrooms in a serving bowl, tossing to mix. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oil, and soy sauce. Pour dressing over rice mixture and mix gently. Chill until ready to serve.
