Ingredients
For 4 people
14 3/4 ounce(s) can salmon (pink or red), skin removed
1medium potato, baked or boiled, peeled
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly grated ginger
2garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon(s) cracked black pepper
Directions
Mash salmon and potato; mix in soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Form into 4 patties. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper on one side. Spray with olive oil and grill on each side about 4 minutes. Serve on whole-wheat buns with Asian Sauce and raw shredded cabbage.
