Ingredients
1 lb. pork, ground
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. allspice, ground
Methods/steps
Mix all ingredients well and mix into pork. Fry, grill or cook on a greased baking sheet in a 325 degrees oven until done.
