Seafood Pasta Supreme
There are so many great ways to prepare your favorite seafood. However, this palate-pleasing pasta dish is in a league of its own.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1/4 cup(s) clam base
- 4 floz water
- 1/2 cup(s) clam juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8 floz Chablis wine
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 ounce(s) jumbo shrimp
- 8 ounce(s) calamari
- 12 mussels
- 12 clams in shells
- 1 cup(s) marinara sauce
- 1 1-pound whole lobster
- 1 1/4 cup(s) linguine, cooked al dente
- 1 garlic bread
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Add seafood, except for lobster. Bring to boil. Add marinara; reduce heat and simmer. Steam lobster, cut in half and set aside. Combine seafood sauce with pasta and toss. Divide pasta between 2 bowls and top each with half a lobster. Serve with garlic bread.
