Seafood Sausage
It may sound a bit bizarre, but there's nothing fishy about this seafood sausage. Swimming in goodness, it's white fish, salmon and shrimp all rolled into one.
Ingredients
For 12 people
- 5 1/3 ounce(s) white fish
- 5 1/3 ounce(s) salmon
- 5 1/3 ounce(s) shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/10 ounce(s) fennel seeds
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 teaspoon(s) white pepper
- 1 Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/10 teaspoon(s) parsley
- 1/10 teaspoon(s) paprika
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chop until coarse. Do not over-chop.Lay out one 14-inch long strip of plastic wrap. Spoon out sausage lengthwise on film. Roll into log 1 inch thick. Tie up log on ends and tie every 6 inches. Submerge sausage, still in the plastic wrap, in boiling water. Cook 1-5 minutes. Cool, unwrap and serve.
