Ingredients
For 1 people
6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1egg white
1/4 cup(s) parsley, chopped
1/2 floz fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) dry red wine
1 dash(es) salt, to taste
1 dash(es) fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine mustard and vinegar in a blender. Turn on blender at low speed and gradually ad 1/4 cup of the oil. Add egg white and continue mixing. Gradually add remaining oil while blending. Remove from blender and add parsley, lemon juice, red wine and seasonings.
