Shrimp Butter Appetizer

Shrimp Butter Appetizer

  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • 8 ounce(s) minced cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce
  • 12 Thinly sliced country style white bread, crusts removed (2 slices per person)


Combine butter, shrimp, salt, lemon and paprika to a paste. Spread a slice of bread with the shrimp butter, add a piece of lettuce and top it with another slice of bread.
