Shrimp Tortellini

Shrimp Tortellini


For 3 people

  • 9 ounce(s) pkg. frozen tortellini
  • 16 ounce(s) fresh shrimp
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounce(s) roasted red pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Romano cheese
  • 16 tablespoon(s) ranch dressing


Cook pasta according to package directions. Sauté the shrimp until pink. Drain pasta when it is done and mix with onions, salt, pepper, and dressing.
