  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 juice and zest from grated lemon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put chicken into a roasting pan. Heat remaining ingredients in microwave for 1 minute to warm, and pour over chicken. Roast the chicken for 30-40 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken.
