  • 2 10 oz. package, frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 teaspoon(s) butter, without salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Cook lima beans in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes or until tender and drain. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When butter begins to foam and turn light brown, add lima beans, remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until mixture is heated throughout.
