Ingredients

12slices white bread
16 ounce(s) grated Cheddar cheese
10eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cup(s) milk
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) white pepper
Directions
Cut off crusts of bread and cube. Spread grated cheese over bread. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper over bread and cheese. Prepare night before use and refrigerate. Remove 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour in 325 degrees oven.
