Spaghetti with Ground Turkey

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 16 ounce(s) pkg. Barilla spaghetti
  • 16 ounce(s) ground turkey, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 2/3 cup(s) (2-10 3/4 oz. cans) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 4 oz. can Ortega diced green chilies
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

Directions

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook for 5 minutes. Add turkey, soup, beans, chili powder, cumin, vinegar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to “low”. Cook for 15 minutes and season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve over hot spaghetti.
