Spanish Rice
Serve it with chicken or fish... you will be “forced” to share this simple recipe with all your guests.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 2 cup(s) rice
- 24 floz water
- 1 teaspoon(s) beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 olive oil
Directions
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Brown rice and onion while stirring in skillet over medium heat, until rice is golden brown and onion is translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
