Spicy Mini Pita

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
- 6 mini pita breads
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients. Brush both sides of pita bread. Grill pitas 4-6 inches above hot coals or 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and puffed. Or broil in oven 4-5 inches from heat source until browned.
