St. Patrick's Day No-Bake Cookies

You'll have the luck of the Irish when you make these cookies. No fuss, muss or baking involved. Make these as garnish for a platter of sugar cookies. Everyone will love them and turn green with envy over your delicious treats!


St. Patrick's Day No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 cup(s) confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup(s) shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ground cinnamon

Directions

Sprinkle the sugar on the coconut. Add the cream and mix gently.
Take approximately 1/2 tbsp. of dough and roll into balls. Place cinnamon in a plastic bag and shake cookies a few at a time until coated.
