Stewed Tomatoes Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pork steak
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 Stewed Tomatoes (the kind with celery, onion and bell pepper is the best

Directions

Cut the pork steak on the fat lines and trim the fat; salt and pepper the pork. Brown the pork steak pieces in hot oil in a skillet. Drain off all oil and fat and return pork steak pieces to skillet. Cover pork steak pieces with stewed tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce to simmer and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
