Sugar Free Christmas Cut-outs
It's more like a biscuit than a cookie. For an extra sugar kick, liven them up add sprinkles or icing.

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
3 tbsp. sugar substitute with aspartame
1 egg
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Methods/steps
Cream shortening, add sugar substitute and egg; beat well. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients; add the milk, vanilla, and water. Put in flour mixture and stir well.
Chill dough 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut the cookies. Bake for 8 to 10 min. Cool. Keep in airtight container.
