Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 3 cup(s) chicken breast, chopped cooked
  • 3/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) pecans, chopped
  • 8 tablespoon(s) reduced-fat mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 lettuce leaves
  • 1 dash(es) Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well. Add salad dressing and salt, stirring gently until well blended. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce-lined plates and sprinkle with pepper.
