Sweet Chicken Salad
What's short and sweet and tastes like chicken? This sweet chicken salad, of course. This salad features red grapes and pineapple and is served with a crispy leaf salad. It will keep everyone happy and healthy.
Ingredients

- 3 cup(s) chicken breast, chopped cooked
- 3/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 1/2 cup(s) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1/4 cup(s) pecans, chopped
- 8 tablespoon(s) reduced-fat mayonnaise type salad dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 lettuce leaves
- 1 dash(es) Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well. Add salad dressing and salt, stirring gently until well blended. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce-lined plates and sprinkle with pepper.
