Thai Best Beef Salad

Ingredients
For 2 people
- 16 ounce(s) thinly sliced beef
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup(s) tomato wedges
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
- 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon(s) crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
Directions
In saucepan sauté beef on medium heat and cook until medium rare. Let beef cool to room temperature. Combine cucumber, tomato, red onion and beef in a mixing bowl. Add fish sauce, crushed red pepper and sugar. Cut and squeeze the juice of 2 limes into mixture and toss. Serve at room temperature.
