The Best Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
For 5 people
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 6 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 2/3 cup(s) sour cream
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup(s) white rice flour
- 1/8 cup(s) white rice flour
- 1/2 cup(s) tapioca flour
- 1/8 cup(s) tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup(s) cornstarch
- 1/10 cup(s) potato flour
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) xanthan gum
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. In large mixing bowl beat egg yolks, sour cream, milk, butter and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake until golden brown in a waffle maker.
