Tortellini Salad
Cold tortellini pasta salad with artichokes and tomatoes is a great summertime meal. It's full of nutrition and great for casual get togethers.
Ingredients
For 3 people
- 1 1/8 cup(s) Frozen Uncooked Tortellini
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup(s) sliced green onions
- 6 ounce(s) marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 tablespoon(s) creamy Italian dressing
Directions
Cook tortellini as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water until cool. Drain the artichokes and cut them up; in a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onions, and artichoke hearts. Add cooked tortellini and salad dressing; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
