Veggie Pizza
Have your pizza and eat it, too! For a fraction of the cost and fat grams of a delivery pie, this version is chock-full of nutritious veggies. Add whichever ones you like to customize the taste.
Ingredients
For 8 people
- 1 Boboli thin, whole-wheat pizza crust
- 6 Laughing Cow Original light cheese wedges, sliced thin
- 1 large tomato, sliced thinly
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 10 sliced mushrooms
- 1 ounce(s) nonfat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ounce(s) Any other veggies you like
Directions
Spread tomato slices all over crust. Spread cheese slices onto pizza crust. Top with desired veggies. Finish by sprinkling shredded cheese over veggies. Bake 9-12 minutes at 400 degrees, or until cheese is melted and crust is desired color.
