Voodoo Chicken Salad
It's no mystery why this salad is so good. This spicy dish delivers the tastes of sweet, sour, hot and salty to the table for a refreshingly different summertime salad.

- 12 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil; Voodoo Dressing
- 8 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar; Voodoo Dressing
- 1/4 cup(s) low-sodium soy sauce; Voodoo Dressing
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar; Voodoo Dressing
- 6 teaspoon(s) garlic, peeled; Voodoo Dressing
- 2 tablespoon(s) ginger, peeled; Voodoo Dressing
- 2 halved, grilled chicken breasts, cubed; Chicken Salad
- 1 ounce(s) crumbled Feta cheese; Chicken Salad
- 1 salt, to taste; Chicken Salad
- 1 pepper, to taste; Chicken Salad

Directions
Place all dressing ingredients into the bowl of a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve over cubed just-grilled chicken breast that's been arranged over crisp lettuce sprinkled with crumbled Feta cheese. Dress up the dish with halved cherry tomatoes or vine-ripened tomato wedges. Sprinkle with paprika for a color accent.
