Walking Taco Salad
This Mexican dish can double as a dip or side salad. To make this walking taco truly portable, buy individual bags of tortilla chips or doritos and pour the toppings directly into the bags, then serve with forks. These packages are great as after-game snacks for little league teams.
Ingredients
For 12 people
- 3 3/4 cup(s) refried beans, spicy
- 2 cup(s) sour cream
- 2 cup(s) avocado dip
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 8 1/2 ounce(s) black olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) green chiles, diced
- 1 3/4 cup(s) salsa
- 24 ounce(s) Monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend, shredded
- 1 tortilla chips
Directions
Spread beans over bottom of a large platter. Top with sour cream, then avocado dip. Garnish liberally with remaining ingredients (except tortilla chips). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
