Fresh salsa with spicy cilantro is full of rich flavors that will put any bottled brand to shame. Dip it good for your next game night gathering with this homemade version.

Western Salsa

For 1 people

  • 4 large chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 2/3 cup(s) diced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 large onion chopped finely
  • 1 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped finely
  • 1 salt, to taste

Add tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and lime juice in a bowl. Add the jalapenos in increments and taste test to make sure the salsa is not too hot. Salt to liking.
You may choose to allow the salsa to chill in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to blend together even more.
