It's a matter of preference, but if you wear panties, particularly in the summer when sweat and moisture become a problem, wear natural fibers like cotton that can wick away moisture. Synthetics like polyester lock it in and can create problems like yeast infections. Undergarments have come a long way, and some are virtually invisible under those form-fitting garments. Look for lines such as Playtex's Barely There, or simply invest in a great pair of Spanx, the shapewear that reins in your curves while eliminating panty lines.
