There are plenty of products on the market to enhance eyelashes, along with some home remedies that will give you more length. You can take a two-pronged approach to longer lashes. For starters, you'll want to use a natural lubricant to promote growth. Vaseline is the go-to product for women who are trying to strengthen lashes. Many women swear that applying a thin layer of Vaseline to eyelashes every night makes them grow. Others swear by vitamin E oil. Simple apply to eyelashes using a clean eyelash brush. Some people recommend taking the vitamin B supplement Biotin, which strengthens hair and nails. For dry eyelashes, apply an eyelash conditioner before putting on mascara. There also products such as RevitaLash which are supposed to bring lashes back to life. Use the product to line lashes at least once a day.


Using an eyelash curler is a quick fix to give those lashes a lift. Simply crimp your lashes for an extra boost. However, do it cautiously so that you don't accidentally remove any lashes. For a more drastic approach, get eyelash extensions done at a professional salon. They will likely set you back about $100. You might also opt for fake eyelashes which can be affordable and even purchased in bulk on the internet. There is also an eyelash-enhancing drug called Latisse that's now on the market. Perhaps the most extreme option is an eyelash transplant where hair follicles from the scalp are transplanted to eyelids. Of course, there is the old-fashioned way. Simply apply a coat of mascara. Follow it up with a second coat. While it's still wet, use eyelash curlers to lift lashes. You'll achieve a maximum lift with minimum impact.
