Even if you don't lose a lot of weight, you can still increase sexual desire by thinking sexy.


Start by accepting yourself, weight and all. Don't worry about what this bulge or that wrinkle looks like. Lose yourself in the moment and concentrate on your passion. If your daily routine doesn't offer time to be sexy or even think about sex, then experts recommend watching a sexy movie or indulging in a little light erotic reading. Following a low-fat diet that helps improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels will also boost your sex drive. Certain types of exercise can increase blood flow to the genitals - experts recommend yoga, brisk walking or cycling for 20 minutes three times a week. Bottom line: If you think sexy, then you will be sexy.
