Carnivale Guacamole
Serves 5-8 people
Ingredient List:
- 5 ripe Hass avocados (you'll know an avocado is ripe when it "dents" slightly with light pressure)
- 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 Serrano chile, finely diced
- 3 heads of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt (to taste)
