Some people believe that because there is no actual touching involved, it doesn't constitute adultery. However, there is a whole 'nother school of thought that believes cybersex actually causes stress on a relationship, especially when online encounters blossom into Internet romances. Cybersex can also become an addiction, which creates an entire set of problems for a couple. While cybersex may be a gray area as far as cheating is concerned, it is pretty safe to say that if you are doing something behind your partner's back, it probably isn't healthy for your relationship. If you really aren't certain whether cybersex constitutes cheating, talk to your partner. Communicate. Raise the discussion if it means that much to you. If you aren't comfortable talking about cybersex with your partner, you probably already know the answer to the million-dollar question.
