Creamy Guacamole
Guacamole is a healthy, tasty dip for parties, or it can be used as a sandwich spread as an alternative to mayo. The secret ingredient in this recipe, sour cream, adds flavor and helps keep your guac green. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Ingredients
For 2 people
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup(s) finely chopped sweet white onion
- 1 Juice of one lime
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) ground pepper
Directions
Marinate the garlic and onion in lime juice for 10 minutes. Add avocados and mash with a fork until texture is medium-smooth. You may also use a pastry blender. Mix in sour cream, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
For a raw and vegan option, just leave out the sour cream. Plain yogurt can also be used in place of sour cream.
