Polenta with Shrimp and Mushrooms
This is shrimply divine! Creamy sauce with polenta cake and mushrooms. What could be better? Impress your friends with this delectable dish.
Ingredients

- 7 large shrimp
- 1/2 cup(s) cremini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 floz Chardonnay wine
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh garlic
- 1/8 cup(s) scallions
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 2 small polenta cakes
- 1 lemon wheel
- 1/2 cup(s) white sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Drizzle of basil oil
Directions
Sauté shrimp and mushrooms in olive oil until the shrimp are just pink. Deglaze with Chardonnay. Add garlic, scallions, salt and pepper. Place over polenta. Finish with lemon beurre blanc and basil oil.
